1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Animal Trails, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. License Grant

Skytown Studios grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use Animal Trails solely for personal, non‑commercial use on any device you own or control, in accordance with this Agreement and the rules of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

3. Children’s Use & Parental Responsibility

Animal Trails is designed for children and families. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child’s use of the app and ensuring it is used in a safe and appropriate manner.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

Animal Trails is built to protect children’s privacy.

• The app does not collect personal information from children.No accounts, names, photos, or precise locations are required.Only minimal, non‑personal technical data (such as crash logs or device type) may be collected to improve performance.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose.Circumvent security features or interfere with the app’s operation.Copy or distribute the app or its content without permission.

All characters, artwork, and content in Animal Trails are owned by Skytown Studios.

6. In‑App Purchases (If Applicable)

If Animal Trails includes optional purchases:

• All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.Purchases are final and subject to the store’s refund policies.Parents should ensure purchase controls (such as Family Sharing or parental locks) are enabled on their device.

7. Third‑Party Services

Animal Trails may include child‑safe third‑party services such as:

• Non‑personal analyticsCOPPA‑compliant advertising networks

These services do not collect personal information from children.

8. Updates

Skytown Studios may release updates to improve gameplay, fix bugs, or add new features. You agree that the app may automatically update and that this Agreement applies to all updated versions.

9. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or Skytown Studios. We may terminate the license if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the app from your device.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

Animal Trails is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Skytown Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skytown Studios is not liable for:

Parents and guardians accept responsibility for supervising children’s use.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
